Lisa Scott
Lisa is President of TGP Consulting and the author of The Transformational Giving PlaybookTM: The definitive guide for nonprofits that want to exponentially grow their revenue and impact through six and seven-figure gifts. Her life purpose is to help nonprofit organizations working towards a just, equitable, and sustainable world raise the funds they need to thrive, so they can do even more good.
In 2022, Lisa was awarded one of the nonprofit industry's inaugural 40 Over 40 Awards, which celebrates the dedicated nonprofit professionals who consistently set a high bar for excellence in the nonprofit sector - elevating their organization, the people around them, and the lives of the people who are making a difference in the world.
Before launching TGP Consulting to help nonprofits implement The Transformational Giving PlaybookTM, Lisa was Co-Founder and a Partner at Barker & Scott Consulting - one of the nation's top management consulting firms dedicated to supporting nonprofits in bringing their missions to fruition through effective technology solutions. During her 20 years with Barker & Scott, Lisa and the team had worked with close to 100 of the world's finest and most prestigious nonprofits, ranging from annual revenue of over $1 billion to under $1 million, across arts, culture & humanities, education & research, environmental & animal welfare, health, human services, international development & relief, and public & societal benefit.
Prior to Barker & Scott, Lisa was the Director of Systems Applications for The Nature Conservancy. And going alllll the way back, Lisa was a Manager in the Washington, DC Business Consulting practice of Andersen, where she launched her career. While at Andersen Lisa headed up the technology side of the DC office's nonprofit vertical, which is when she discovered her passion for the sector.
Jeremy Cramer
Jeremy has spent his career supporting leading nonprofit organizations focused on systemic change in both health care and education. He started his career in philanthropy by working in the Development office at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, then led the major gifts fundraising program at the world's first nonprofit biotechnology company working to find a cure for Lou Gehrig's Disease. Jeremy led the Office of Alumni Affairs and the capital fundraising team at Fay School in Boston and the major gifts program at the United Way of Massachusetts Bay and Merrimack Valley. Additionally, he served as the Deputy Director of External Affairs at City Year Miami before serving as Vice President of Major Gifts for City Year nationally.
While at City Year, Jeremy led the organization's successful $150M 25th Anniversary Campaign to scale City Year's impact and challenge the graduation status quo in America. While at City Year, Jeremy developed a model major gifts program called The Red Jacket Society that doubled the number of $10,000+ gifts for the organization and raised an additional $10M annually.
Jeremy also served as the Chief Development Officer at a global anti-bigotry organization called Facing History and Ourselves. While at Facing History, Jeremy helped to increase annual revenue by nearly 70% and he developed and executed a diversified fundraising strategy that included grassroots giving, major gifts, corporate partnerships, enhanced foundation support, and increased earned income.
In addition to the work Jeremy does as part of the TGP Consulting team, he serves as Philanthropic Advisor to The Crimson Lion / Lavine Family Foundation, coaches and mentors executives on organizational and fundraising strategy, and provides expert counsel to organizations to help them realize their philanthropic potential.
Pam Sterling
Pam Sterling spent 12 years in the nonprofit world as a sought-after speaker and trainer focused on child sexual abuse prevention and helping create safe spaces for LGBTQ youth. Following that she spent another 12 years working with nonprofits as a senior business analyst through Target Software and Barker & Scott Consulting before following her passion in 2010 to support leaders in achieving their highest potential.
As a leader in the personal development space, Pam is passionate about helping the best get better and has coached CEOs to Olympic athletes from around the world, helping them achieve extraordinary results. Pam is an expert at helping nonprofit leaders and their organizations get the breakthroughs they need to create the impact they want to make, at the level they want to make it, faster than they ever thought possible. Pam is certified as a High Performance Coach and Transformational Life Coach, and has trained directly with Steven Kotler, Executive Director of the Flow Research Collective.
In 2020, Pam had the privilege of partnering with Lisa Scott to write The Transformational Giving PlaybookTM: The definitive guide for nonprofits that want to exponentially grow their revenue and impact through six and seven-figure gifts.
