Hi, I'm Lisa Scott, Founder & President of TGP Consulting, author of The Transformational Giving Playbook™, inaugural nonprofit industry 40 Over 40 award winner, and big time Nature lover. I'm so glad you're here.

From scaling an individual donor's gift from $25K to $1M, to doubling the number of major donors at a nonprofit, to growing revenue by 28% in 15 months, to unifying the fundraising business processes across a $100M federated organization, I know what it takes to unlock an organization's fundraising potential.
My journey started at Andersen, where my heart was most drawn to nonprofits doing mission-driven work. That pull led me to The Nature Conservancy, where I served as Director of Systems Applications. In 2002, I co-founded Barker & Scott Consulting, a premier firm dedicated to helping nonprofits harness the power of people, process, technology, and data for mission and fundraising success. And in 2024, I founded TGP Consulting to focus exclusively on teaching and implementing The Transformational Giving Playbook™.
